Already the Israel-Day in Bremen, on the 17th of February became, under the leadership of Marita Sara Meyer, a real Network blessing! Not only through the Shabbat – the link between Jews and Christians – but especially through the pronounced significance of the city partnership with Haifa. Such a one is also maintained with Duesseldorf, see Invitation-PDF, where the NRW Prayer for Israel on the 18th of February after a beneficial short presentation by Ebenezer-Volunteer Rolf Piller, as well as a exceptionally gifted preach with deep blessings by David Silver. The meeting with more than 200 participants was closed with flying flags and banners and singing “Baruch Habah beschem Adonaj” – yes. HE comes, Maranatha!
Right at the beginning asked God’s Sabbath International-President Eric Martienssen the question: God‘s Shabbat – when is that?
That separates people – and sadly also the Christians, from the Jews and from God!
Besides, God had wanted to grant all of us peace: The Shabbat was from God “created last, but first thought of – holy, for ever holy“, as Michael Schneider once in a NAI-Yearbook and later also on the pages of God’s Sabbath International wrote – on the book table lies a flyer about „God‘s Shabbat“ to take with for all of you. Especially for you to pray, to pray for personal repentance and to discern the spirits, thus to permit active discernment of spirits in your heart. Yeshua is the LORD of the Shabbat – let yourself be guided by the Holy Spirit! We need the Spirit of God – and Him we entreat to come here, oh Yeshua ha Mashiach – to determine the date of the change, when God‘s Shabbat was desecrated, when Christians in the misused name of Yeshua started to move against all habits and traditions of the Jews, the God of Israel and His Holy People – that was 325 after Christ!
That all is not that far back, 1.700 years, but today: last week I have heard about a Christian missionary and pastor of a great Mission Ministry, who was fired – by Christians – after many years in mission service, because it has been proven that he is a Jew, though he didn’t know himself before.
What are we Christians capable off, to this very day? Let us pray for him, our brother – now he is a messianic Jew – and for us Christians pray, and for God’s Shabbat, that it may become holy again for us, that God becomes again holy for us.
For God has given US – Jews and Christians – something from His possession. It is something else, to have heard about this Shabbat feeling, or to possess this feeling. It is the deepest feeling to be experienced, that exists in the relationship with God, His possession to share with Him! So the Shabbat becomes the connecting link between Jews and Christians!
My friend, himself Oncologist, was once incurably sick on cancer. Than he said, „When we are serious being disciples of Jesus, then we can’t bypass the Shabbat.“ That was his healing testimony … and, besides, the birthing hour of God’s Sabbath International. Let us understand: For God the matter of His Shabbat is about the healing of the relationship, unified and reconciled with His people on His Shabbat.
If you…call the Sabbath a »delight« , the holy day of the LORD »honorable«;…Then you shall delight yourself in the LORD; and I will cause you to ride on the high hills of the earth, …for the mouth of the LORD has spoken. …. So let us pray!
