Exodus 14:13 And Moses said to the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which He will accomplish for you today. (NKJ)
In the events leading up to the above verse, we see Moses leading the Hebrews out of Pharoah’s grip, making their way to the shores of the Red, only to be hemmed in by the waters ahead of them and the chariots of Pharoah’s army thundering towards them. For the majority of the people it must have looked like a hopeless situation. Fortunately for them their leader was in touch with God. Moses heard the Holy Spirit quote the above words from Exodus 14 and acted accordingly. In faith and obedience Moses stepped towards the water and held his staff out and the miracle began to occur – the sea began to part making a way for the Hebrews to pass through and escape recapture. Probably most of the people were ready to surrender and return to a life of slavery. But. Praise the Lord, Moses did not have that spirit of surrender. As we look at current events and the events of the last several decades, it seems that a spirit of surrender has come over Israel and most of the western world.
Israel The Jewish people, having survived the Nazi attempt to eradicate them, during which most of the 6 million Jews who perished marched passively to their death, proclaimed ” never again.” Never again would they be passive or surrender to an enemy who was trying to get rid of them. Never again would they go quietly to their death. However a mere 50 years later, the Jewish people are once again surrendering under attack. The Muslim world is attacking Israel’s right to exist, and their spineless proxies in the western world are working with them to steal the Land that through God’s covenant with Abraham, belongs to the Jews and to no-one else. In the Yom Kippur war of 1973 God gave us the Sinai peninsular, but we surrendered to the political pressure of the UN and USA. In 1975 Israel under PM Menachem Begin gave it back.
In the Six Day War of 1967 God gave the Gaza Strip to its rightful owners – Israel. In 2006, Israel once again surrendered to international pressure ( that really comes from the king of Hell ) and withdrew 8000 plus settlers from every Israeli settlement in the Gaza Strip. In the Six Day War God also gave Israel the Temple Mount, East Jerusalem and the so called West Bank. Israel’s flag flew over the Temple Mount for about 30 minutes. The Saudis called President Nixon and he called Israeli PM Golda Meir and Israel surrendered the Temple Mount back to Islamic control. Now they are trying to force Israel to surrender half of Jerusalem and most of the West Bank, and Syria wants Israel to surrender the Golan Heights. And Israel seems to be under the influence of the spirit of surrender.
The Church, which is supposed to be the Army of God, also seems to be under the same spirit of surrender. The Church has surrendered her authority to govern, to the powers of darkness, who have forced our nations to discard the ways of God, and to allow wickedness to prosper at every level. These same powers have caused our once Christian nations to allow the cold blooded murder of millions of unborn babies. Many of the spiritually weak mainstream denominations have surrendered to the perversion of Homosexuality in condoning same sex marriage,even permitting these sexual deviates to occupy the pulpits. In some ‘advanced’ countries Euthanasia is now legal – the right to kill the sick and old.
The Western World has also surrendered – to Islam. Over the last 40 years the demon inspired religion of Islam has been purposely waging a war against the Judeo-Christian based nations in the west. Following the 1967 Israeli defeat of the Islamic nations of Egypt, Syrian & Jordan, the Islamic world went into ‘Jihad’ mode, while the Western world went into ‘surrender’ mode. We have opened our gates to millions of Muslims, many of whom hate everything that is precious to us. It is an act of national suicide, akin to the foolish, suicidal decision by the people of Troy to open the city gates to accept the ‘gift’ of the enemy. In the Islamic nations it is impossible for Christians and Jews to build churches or synogogues. Saudi Arabia wont even allow you to bring a Bible in to their Muslim country. But in the Western nations we allow the Muslims to build mosques anywhere they want – even alongside or in place of churches. Even the Vatican allowed a huge mosque to be built right alongside.
Why are we so afraid to upset the Moslems ? Why have we surrendered to them ? How long will it be before they take us over completely ? Then we will be sorry we didn’t do something to stop them instead of assisting them to do it.
Israel – Church – World ………….. Stop the SURRENDER Now !!!
The Lord bless you as you bless Israel by standing in defense of her right to exist on the land given to the Jewish people by the God of Israel . Do not be silent, but share this to your fellow Christians, share it with your pastors and with anyone you have a chance to speak to. Lets also pray for that breakthrough to the Muslims, and please remember to pray for our son Jordan, and all of his fellow soldiers in the IDF.
